Green Protein Smoothie:

This green protein smoothie is the best of both worlds! I get my daily green smoothie, loaded with nutrients and antioxidants as well as a healthy boost of protein.

Ingredients:

1 banana, peeled and chopped

1 cup spinach chopped

1 scoop protein powder

1/3 cup pomegranate juice

1 cup filtered water

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and process until smooth. Serve it garnishing with cubed banana piece.

If you don’t have pomegranate juice on hand and don’t want to buy some. Just substitute whatever low sugar juice you have or simply skip the juice and add more water.

This green protein smoothie is the best of both worlds. Loaded with nutrients and antioxidants as well as a healthy boost of protein.
