Pudina Lassi


Pudina or mint Lassi is the perfect drink to stay healthy and hydrated with, in scorching heat.


Fresh thick homemade yogurt 1 cup

Fresh mint leaves 30 gm

Water 1 cup

½ tsp cumin powder, roasted

½ tsp black salt

Red chilli powder

a pinch of salt

Mint sprigs for garnish

Method of Preparation:

Roast cumin (jeera) seeds on a pan and grind them

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Add water.

Add ice in a glass; pour the lassi on the ice cubes.

Serve garnished with cumin powder and a sprig of mint.

Serve chilled. pudina has very high iron content so this drink is good for anemic people

It is a healthy drink.
