500 gms Boneless Chicken – cut into 1 1/2″ pieces
1/2 cup hung curd (Thick Curd)
1/2 fresh cream
2 tablespoon cheese
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 Chopped green chili
1 tbsp melted butter
1 bunch of fresh Coriander leaves
Salt as taste
Cut the chicken cubes with a fork and keep aside and marinate with pepper powder, second step is to make imagination by making paste of mozzarella cheese or using
Mascarpone cheese, add curd (thick) or sour cream, cream corn flour, chili and salt, cardamom powder and stir well.
Mix the marinated chicken in curd cheese marinating and put in the fridge for another hr. Heat an oven at 180°C or heat a gas tandoor on gas for 15 minutes on low heat.
Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and cook in a oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degree C. till you see fine color on the kabab. Sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
serve hot with sprinkled chat masala, mint chutney, lime peaces and onion rings.
