Jalebi or Jilawii is a sweet popular in countries of the Indian Subcontinent. Jalebi is sweet which can serve in any season like cold or warm. This can be used in any occasion like birthday, marriage or festival.
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 pinch baking soda
2 tsps rose water
2 cops Oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon yeast
Mix the flour, yeast and baking powder into a batter before 24 hours you make the recipe. Make sure that there are no lumps in the batter.
Boil the sugar and water together. Add the rose water.
Heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hit, keep the flame on medium at all. Fill the Jalebi batter into a empty bottle. Squeeze the batter into the oil in a wiggly, randomly coiled circle.
Fry the Jalebis in the pan until golden-brown on both sides of jalebi, then transfer it into the sugar syrup. After 1-2 minute/s take out the jalebi from the sugar syrup and serve it hot.
