Grilled Lamb Chops

Lamb is excellent seasoned with garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, savory, fennel and mustard.

Any rub, marinade or sauce made with these will enhance the flavor of your lamb chops.

Begin the recipe with a thin coating of olive oil and then a light sprinkling of seasonings.

Lamb chops should be grilled on a covered grill over a medium-high heat. Ideally, you should grill them to medium rare or medium.

Lamb Chops is a delicious recipe, which is a combination of flavors will make those who don’t like to eat lamb.


10 lamb rib chops

2 large garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1/4 cup white vinegar

2 tsp Pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Sea salt as taste


Wash the lamb chops. In food processor mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and salt until they combine well. Add olive oil in it. Add the lamb chops in the paste and marinate chops for 2 to 3 hours.

Rub the paste on both sides of the lamb chops. Put it in refrigerator. Keep out side the marinated lamb chops from refrigerator before grilling.

Heat a grill pan over high heat until almost smoking, add the chops and sear for about 2 minutes.

Flip the chops over and cook for another 3 minutes for medium-rare and 3 1/2 minutes for medium.

Sprinkle some crushed rosemary leaves on top of lamb chops. Serve hot.
