Egg Curry Recipe

Egg curry recipe is one of the best recipes of Eggs. Many people who don’t eat meat like eggs.

Eggs can be cooked in many ways. It is little spicy recipe but much delicious.


4 to 5 – eggs (boiled)

1 – Onion big (finely chopped)

3 Tomatoes (purred)

1/2 cup cooked green peas

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon turmeric powder

1/2 tablespoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon jeera powder (Cumin powder)

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

2 bay leaves

Bunch of coriander leaves

Salt as taste

1/2 cup Mustered Oil


Heat half of oil in a deep pan. Remove the shell of boiled eggs. Fry the boiled eggs in hot oil

Until the eggs are red colors. In another pan heat remain oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add the chopped onions till it becomes golden brown. Add bay leaves, ginger, garlic paste in it.

Add all the dry spices (salt, turmeric, coriander, jira powder & chili powder). Add tomato pure in it. Cook till it starts leaving oil. Add green peas and garam mashala in it. Fry it for 2 minutes and then add water.

Then add the fried eggs and let it boil till it forms thick gravy. Turn off the fire.

Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve egg curry with roti or stemmed rice.

Tips: When you are boiling egg add pinch of salt, so that the shell of egg can remove easily.
