Aloo Gobi Ki Sabji(Patato and Coliflower Curry)

Aloo Gobi ki sabji is eaten with palk puri or plane puri and raita.

It is a Simple home cooked food.

Ingredients for aloo gobi ki sabji:

1 small cauliflower

1 medium potato

1 chopped onion

1 green chilli, chopped

3 tomatoes, chopped

2 tablespoons garlic ginger paste

1/2 cup coriander leaves

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon garam mashala

2 tsp cumin and coriander powder

1 tsp Cumin seeds

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt to Taste

Method:

Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash it thoroughly. Peel the potato and dice it into small cubes.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the cumin seeds for about 2 minutes, until they begin to splutter.

Add the green chili and chopped onion. Fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped tomatoes, and cumin coriander powder. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the chopped cauliflower and potatoes.

Cook until the potatoes are cooked and the cauliflower tender yet crunchy. Add salt as taste and coriander leaves. Cover with lid and allow it to cook. Sprinkle little water.
